As a member I expected pretty reasonable service at a birthday function I hosted at the club. In fact I was totally amazed, the service and attitude from all the staff was absolutely fantastic, everyone from start to finish was a real credit to the club.
From the start Sue was so helpful and friendly, and everything was so seamless, she basically said "just leave it to me", from then on everything was perfect. On Saturday night the ladies from the bar to waitressing were great so friendly and helpful, you just got the impression that they could not do enough to make sure we all had a good time; the cocktail food was excellent.
Once again congratulations on a great team and thank you.
